I had a good experience with Aiongear overall. The best part was the communication, which was clear and easy to understand, and that was a relief because I really don’t enjoy having to chase companies for basic order updates.
Their replies were simple, polite, and straight to the point. I always knew what was happening with my order, so the whole process stayed fairly smooth. I’d order again, though I do appreciate not having to work too hard just to stay informed

Delivery showed up when it said it would, which was nice. No random delays, no missing updates, nothing annoying like that. Super easy order overall and I’d definitely use them again.

My aiongear item started having issues after only a few months, which was frustrating because of course it happened to me. I reached out to support, and they asked for photos and my order details before approving a replacement under warranty. They did help in the end, but every reply took a couple of days, so I felt like I was just stuck waiting around. At least they fixed it, so overall I’m relieved, even if the process felt slower than it should’ve been.

Everything was in the box and nothing was damaged, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the delivery updates had been more accurate, because I kept expecting it sooner... I got my order from aiongear.com the packaging stood out more than I thought it would. Like, I know it’s just a box, but still, it wasn’t oversized, weirdly stuffed, or full of that random filler stuff that gets everywhere.

Everything inside was wrapped snugly and nothing was sliding around when I picked it up. The corners were clean too, no dents, no split tape, none of that “this has been through a war” feeling. Funny how you notice those things after getting a few bad deliveries.

It’s a small detail, but messy parcels annoy me way more than they probably should. So yeah, this was a nice surprise and made the whole order feel cared for. Easy 5 stars from me.

I was happy with how this fit me right away. I wore it all day and, for me, it stayed comfortable enough without feeling annoying or tight. Definitely worked well for what I needed.

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine, but it took way longer than I expected. I felt like I was being forced to just sit there and be patient with no real choice, which was annoying. Glad it’s handled now, but the wait definitely could’ve been better.
